It is frustrating when Mark is vague, deflects, or outright dodges a question. But sometimes he may have to to not violate a law as you have said or violate their contracts. You should pose the question different ways but keep asking him - a phone call might help. I have found he is likely to be willing to talk to you about a matter if you think it is important.
