I do disagree about good news needing to be revenue to get the market excited. There is no revenue yet from SafeVChat so it has to be news about prospects or something to provide a glimpse into the potential. And yes it can excite the market even without financials reporting revenue. When has an SFOR share price increase ever correlated with financial statements? Name one time.
