gimli's link proved ACS got over a couple million dollars from the joint Army/Air Force SBIR Program (phase two) for EPL. Where's SFOR's 15% for those EPL units delivered for testing? I have seen no line entry indicating payment for them was ever received by SFOR. This is why I believe SFOR should sue ACS for nonpayment.
