Looks like Adam has your mind all balled up in semantics.
Request or Application, what's the difference? Not like there is a form you fill out for an EUA, is there? If he said Application, you all would be saying there is no such thing as an Application for EUA.
Conditional EUA or EUA, what's the difference? They both have EUA in them. You actually think saying the word Conditional in front of EUA changes that it's an EUA or not.
