I just listened to sections of the CC searching for the term Nader stated, regarding the EUA request or application or filing.
I had thought a company needs to submit an application.
What Nader said, exactly, was that they "filed the request" with the FDA
Seems OK to me, but I'm not sure, I would be more comfortable if he had said they "submitted an application".
He does continually say "conditional EUA". I thought there is no such thing, just an EUA and all EUAs are conditional, correct? Or is there a lower, easier to obtain version, which is labeled as conditional?
