Fact: Mark has never been upfront with shareholders about what he knows about ACS, and refuses to discuss it.
What if Mark and Co. had an "arrangement" with ACS to funnel the 15% to their personal bank accounts and stiff SFOR shareholders?
The other possibility: It's ACS's criminal wrongdoing:

My personal opinion? Investing in SFOR at this point is a big waste of time and money because SFOR management has never been completely transparent with shareholders.
There are many other far better stocks on the OTC to invest in. I say that as someone who believed in and followed SFOR for 4 years and lost $42k.
