ACS was our primary vendor. By contract SFOR is supposed to get 15% for all EPL they sold. ACS got millions from the DoD SBIR program. I have the same question as you. "Where's the money(the SFOR 15%)?" This is why IMHO SFOR should sue ACS, for nonpayment.
