Any credible offer would have to be presented to the shareholders. The board would have quite a bit of latitude when it comes to what is credible.

Since the presentation is just the MOA of leronlimab with cancer don't expect a credible offer. But Dr. Kelly may have a good laugh when big pharma realizes they may have a problem.
