Correct, but again (for the last time), we've gotten various "explanations" from both Patterson and CytoDyn, so the only objective party is the FDA. Their communications will absolutely illustrate their thoughts and response on the matter. They won't interject themselves, but at CytoDyn's request / waiver of confidentiality, there's no legitimate reason they wouldn't acquiesce.
It may not be prudent to do that at this point or ever. But it's the only possible way.
