Schwab has allowed me to buy and sell NGUX. No charge. I only sold 5 shares just to make sure. They are checking on the "restricted" shares as I have both NUGX shares and others. I believe they have a form needed to request the change.

Why sell here when we know the IPO pricing is much higher?
