You might want to do some due diligence. The NGUX shares you are selling are hopefully going IPO direct to NASDAQ (as NGIO) some time in the next 0-8 weeks (my guess).
The number of shares was recently reduced drastically to hit an acceptable $/sh for that listing.
You are giving away potentially very valuable shares for nothing, IMO (and probably the opinion of most here)...
