I think your issue is little different as the C.I’d got updated with NUGX ticker symbol, you sold based on that and now they want to revert it .. no idea how to solve this .. but should they not own the responsibility as they allowed you to sell..
In my case the original C.I’d didn’t get updated with NUGX symbol for one of the dividends and E*TRADE is asking $150 to update it. I am going to leave it alone till NGIO gets listed in Nasdaq and see what happens then.
