I agree, When I heard that a partner was the hold up. My thought is that the partner was a crucial part of the revenue evaluation to price the share price going to Nasdaq. I know most companies plan on uplist at a greater than the minimum of 4 dollars. So would want to have a 6-7 dollars evaluation in case of market instability. We are almost at the time of year where volume decreases and stocks can have wild swings. if we don't launch in the next 2 weeks I fear a massive sell off. It would change all the shareholder of record. The new shareholder will be speculators view the stock as a long shot and wanting to turn a fast buck and won't hold for the long term. I hope before this would happen a conference call with DOC and communicate the plan going forward. I believe DOC has it in hand and will launch before this becomes a problem
