This is my opinion if Doc is waiting on one of our new partners to get there ducks in a row, i believe if it hasn't been taken care of by now Doc as any business man would or should do is go on with everything that is ready get us current up listed which ever way he has planned for it to happen, then bring the partner in later its this simple just good common since.
