I have been trying to answer the same question since the day Brilacidin's SI-426 was announced. I have been hard pressed to find published SIs for the competition. My conclusion, if SARs-CoV-2 antivirals had impressive SIs they'd be trumpeting them from the mountaintops.

EDIT: There is a chorus who sing loud and in unison from a commissioned hymnal. I have them on mute. Has anyone heard them sings a song lauding the glory of the competitions SI? Seems like this would be a big hit in Bear country. If they have ignored the subject of SI I suspect they have good reason.
