In lookin for Selectivity Indexes to compare against Brilacidin for SARS-Cov2, I found that Lopinavir/Ritonavir SI ranges from 9 to 52, Remdesivir ~ 129. I could not find an SI value for Triciribine for SARS-Cov2. With Brilacidin at 426, I’d say we fair pretty well on the the top 3% of those tested and with active clinical trials.
