I would also note that this is not an NP over excited reaction either, in the call he listed all the people including Amarex head and former FDA statistician Dr Kazem Kazempur as saying they should file for the EUA, so there is some merit to this as NP consulted many people before taking the plunge.
Of course we know the FDA speed is slower than the average retail investors attention span so we'll see what happens.
