I also won't quote perfectly but Nader did say on Monday night that they are applying for or pursuing an "Conditional Approval (or Authorization?) while "continuing to gather data" with the 140 patient critical trial. If that is true then you are correct. The CD16 trial is for full approval. That created question amongst inverstors: "What the difference between "Conditional Approval" and an EUA, well. they are the same, but can easily be taken away.
The question is, will they need to wait for CD16 to be fully enrolled before there is any possibility of the EUA being granted?
