So in other words the FDA is stringing us along with no hope of ever getting an approval. If that's the case then sue them for not approving based on needing them on RO and sue them for wasting Cytodyn's time and money. Bureaucracies always leave paper trials that are discoverable through subpoena.
But if that's what you think why did you invest in the first place?
