What you’re saying make sense, but then I remember that Pasaca gave millions of dollars to QMC without requiring them to first get off the pink sheets. Makes me wonder whether QTMM and Pasaca both prefer to keep the shares out of the hands of larger or more sophisticated investors for a while.

Then the corollary is that QMC wants to give long-time investors one last chance to load up. That's a sneaky good thing IMO. The agreement tells everyone what's happening and oh yeah, here's a month to get all the stock you can. You could be right.
