Yes, we'll see filings soon enough.
Maybe they wait until QMCH work is substantially acceptable by Innova and according to the agreement.
I'd bet innova knows what's in the filings and it didn't stop them from making the agreement.
QMC got the company on the verge of an agreement that will get it uplisted with substantial revenue.
The agreement gives us the broad strokes of what the company will do and filings will fill in the details. I will be excited to see what the company has in store for the future, the new products and Technologies it will pursue.
I think the order of events would be the revenue reveal and then the SEC filings when their ducks are all in a row.
The difference is that when we read the SEC filings, we will be able to see the revenue QMC has earned up to now and have a better gauge on future revenue.
