I thought that this was a proposed rule change recently posted for public comment. Are you sure that the new rule has actually been implemented? Sometimes proposed rule changes get reworded or even withdrawn after the public comment timeframe has expired. I just want to make sure something is done to address this criminal conduct and I worry that the powers that be already have come up with a “work-around” to allow their criminal cohorts to continue their evil ways.
