If a country's equivalent of the FDA knows LLMab is safe and is likely to approve it, you don't need a huge population, is my read. You need enough to show efficacy and that's it.

Seems to me that given how easily we should be able to enroll, it would have made more sense to make the trial larger.

I'm unsure why they would decrease the size.
