Its interesting to me that they reduced the trial size to 50 patients. To be honest, I dont understand why they would do this.

Some are arguing that we only need 50 or so to have enough power and reach stat significance. Can any of our stat guys chime in?

Seems to me that given how easily we should be able to enroll, it would have made more sense to make the trial larger.

I'm unsure why they would decrease the size.
