I hear you,and I tend to agree. But I do want to argue the other side for posterity sake.
Given Nader's past, we cannot eliminate the possibility that we missed the PE but the results were good enough to give us a shot at EUA. In this scenario I wouldnt be surprised to hear Nader's supreme confidence.
With that said, I think it's irresponsible to say "3 digits". And even more so to do it if we don't have this in the bag. But what I think is irrelevant.
