Oh and btw, PRs usually come through legit OTC-related news dissemination organizations... in the past Dr. Dalton has used the "OTC DISCLOSURE & NEWS SERVICE"... of course that was a while back:

And remember the SEC gave legitimacy to social media for CEOs to share news and information with their shareholders... believe that was six years ago or so... that actually leads me to believe what we have read/seen from Dr. Dalton on his Tweeter and LinkedIn accounts to be 'NEWS and information'....
