Here's some food for thought... if at face value we take Dr. Dalton literally with what he said... a PR stands for P ress R elease or P ublic R elease in the case of dissemination of information by/for any stock/security/issue. It usually has the highlights the company/CEO wants to relay to its/their shareholders.
