My interpretation is that there is no longer any sort of timeline. People thought we were looking for a mid-March IPO, per Joe's comments to the BBS video producers. The IPO hasn't even been priced yet, so people are clearly not using mid-March as a date they believe.
So there is no upward pressure on the price.
It's like deflationary pressure. Why would I build my $1B building right now when I expect the cost of materials to be 20% cheaper 6 months from now?
Same thing here, as we've seen over the past few days.
