What interpretations can we make from this downfall the last few days ? If an expected ngio spin is expected this month, why would people be dumping? Thinking out loud I guess.

I'm at peace and totally expecting NOT to hear anything about the spinoff or much more , anytime soon. Something just doesn't feel right. I welcome being wrong here.
