Looks like that's for the Top Tier Nasdaq Global Select Market requirements too. There are 3 Market Tiers including the other 2 (Nasdaq Global and Capital Markets.)
I wouldn't be smart enough to know which is which but, if it's the last one (Nasdaq Capital Market) then the requirements seem to be a lot less and we may be WELL within the guidelines. Again, I don't know ANYTHING about specific numbers when it comes to UNVC financials but, I'm guessing Doc will have UNVC fitting into the largest of Markets before too long anyway
