So nasdaq just updated there listing requirement page and I came across something interesting....
If I understood this correctly, if your market cap exceeds 160 Million you get listed at 4.00 or higher. WE DEFINITELY EXCEED THAT.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please note that a company seeking to list through a Direct Listing
may be subject to higher price
