Very interesting Toodles. So Core One Labs Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a U.S. based health and wellness Ketamine Clinic located in Texas on February 24, 2021. The purpose of the acquisition is to allow the establishment of a roster of patients for the specific purpose of treating depression and other mental health issues (i.e., bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder). Apparently, KICT has expertise in intravenous therapy services and wellness programs.
It should be noted that Core One Labs Engaged Donohoe Advisory for Nasdaq Listing and Scheduled Special Investor Call with Dr. Robert E.W. Hancock to Demonstrate Recent Research Outcome --- in other words, Core One is exploring up listing to the Nasdaq.
