Just saw Fauci giving an update with a lot of focus on therapeutics and how important they will be with variants, etc. He mentioned pre-print studies (which we are well passed) and mentioned that there are several ongoing clinical trials for therapeutics and that FDA is providing guidance on how to get EUA. Very clear that there is a huge need for a therapeutic that will be able to be effective on variants as well.....I interpreted to mean an envelope piercer.....but I could be biased.
