I am so glad to be on this board because I now have 30 different interpretations of this PR and mostly just questioning possibilities and not really negative.

You want nebulous, look at SEC rules about disclosing "material" information that could effect investments. One of the major exceptions is if such disclosure could affect on going negotiations, bla, bla, bla.

So my overall take on this is positive and I am still really not happy that this wasn't done 9 months ago.
