Nader could absolutely share some information on mortality or the PE between now and the conclusion of discussions with three major regulatory bodies, but he doesn’t have to to and has gone on record saying he didn’t plan to.

I don’t recall when he said it exactly, but a poster who’ll shall remain nameless that I’ll just call “LenBisque”, reminded me via fax that Nader, well before the data was unblinded, said he wouldn’t share the mortality/PE information before the full report was out. So quit applying a negative spin to the PR’s lack of numbers or results. He’s doing what he said he’d do.
