When it's all said and done I think Pasaca will own QMC HealthID Inc. only. My gut tells me from the way the PR was worded it will be very focused, not the whole company. Steve was very specific and did not mention any other company attributes when discussing the future.
The current contract will be modified when everything is more defined is how I take the open end time period that was provided. Otherwise why wouldn't Pasaca have initiated the takeover already and called a shareholders meeting.
There is definitely more to this story we don't know about.
