I not so sure Steve will be there after Pascara purchases the 51%., heck I not that convinced the QD techology will still be there.
Couple of things keep eating at me.
Les resignation letter,, indicated that Pscara did seemed to care about the QD patents be locked up with QMVT.
If the reason I was purchasing the company was the technology , i would darn make sure it was clear of anybodies elses hands.
And the 15 million payment structure with Pascara, guaranteed up to one year after a finish functioning product. Sounds like Pascara doesn't think it will need QMC as it stands today after that date.
