The target are the fence sitters, the non-committed share holders who don’t know if they should hold or sell. Like pacsurg said “Love it when Joefromny shows up...something big must be coming soon”. I see the day traders quivering in anticipation like two teenagers looking forward to their first ever boy/girl sleepover.
