I'm not sure if this applies to the PFE vaccine, but it definitely applies to the mRNA vaccine. Anecdotally, including an INET article yesterday, plan on taking a sick day or at least an at home day after the second shot. Everyone I know who had the second injection suffered from extreme fatigue and flu-like symptoms. Definitely don't plan on driving anywhere the next day.
