Had the same experience with the Tampa VA hospital trial site. Staff and trial administrator were totally cluless as to eind, etc and LL generally. Sad state of affairs but that is the reality and we cannot wish it away. LL faces very big uphill problems with bureaucratic and scientific inertia along with blissful ignorance in the med field. Success will not come easily. Hearts and minds first.
