Probably not because if the primary endpoint isn't a slam dunk it will take longer to come to conclusions about secondary endpoints because those endpoints generated a LOT more data. Plus they could decide to not consider the trial completed until after 48 days. So no material decision may have been made yet.
I still think a clear cut primary endpoint benefit could be on the table and that the delay could easily be a result of data lock taking longer than expected. The trial very likely had over 100,000 data points, probably well over that amount, that had to be processed before being locked.
