Rd2000, this seems in line with a post I made a day or two ago. I suspect Dalton can re-list on Nasdaq by filing a form, producing financials for all years required, attach attorney letters and then presto --- we are back on Nasdaq because we were already approved. Most assume our revenues have only increased since 2010, and at that time Univec was trading over $9.00 a share and with a high around twelve dollars. Since we are currently dark and non-reporting, he does not need to tell us what he is doing until all is said and done.

While I am not certain about all the legalities, I do think this is the way he might go.
