When filing to go dark using reg 15d
Company may deregister and suspend obligations if less than 300 stockholders of record or 500 stockholders and less that 10 Mil in assests for each of it's last 3 fiscal years.
Note: Holders of record differ from beneficial holders

Thus: If number of stockholders increases to more than 300, the company's SEC reporting obligations will be reinstated.
