Any bad news would be released today if they have it. They will put as much time as possible between the news and the next trading session. Otherwise its good news and they either don't have the full data yet (slow collection or waiting on 42 day), they are still analyzing the data for a full and complete report out, or they are in external discussions.
Trial communications are being managed by Dr Rahman now, so I expect everything (data analysis, communications with FDA, press releases, etc.) to be much more measured, methodical, double and triple checked, and precise the first time. No more PRs released that need to be re-written. Quality is worth the wait.
