Good & important topic.
I think the data is already in the hands of somebody (FDA and/or AMAREX)
If AMAREX has the data, regardless of any regulations, am sure NP has at least a "sniff" of it (both CEO's are very good friends). Disclaimer: this is pure speculation from my part and the above is just MY opinion.
The questions is: why it has not been communicated to us ??
From the legal perspective: Because NP does not "have it" yet and he is not required to disclose it (no yet).
Then, from the practical perspective, what is the advantage of "buying time"?
1) We missed the primary end point and data is being "milked".
2) We got stellar data and NP and the BOD are scrambling to improve the punch of the release of such data by simultaneously addressing any of:
a) Corporate deals (other countries).
b) Need more production (US government).
c) Up-listing if possible BEFORE the blockbuster is released so we go to-da-moon when news are released.
In any case, this wait means either we have very bad or very good news.
