Les is a true gentleman and would rather find a solution of agreement amicably than drag it into a court IMO.He's not about to cut off his nose despite his face..he owns a tidy amount of stock obviously so he will do what is good for his investment and ours as well.The fact he is continuing to work for QMC makes this trivial to me and suggests he thinks they can figure it out without a lawsuit.
