On the surface this may come as a shock but Les whom I have spoken to with regard to my own clients is an above board businessman. His concern arises of course out of SEC filings or lack of in the instance he refers to! The last thing Quantum needs about to resolve pending legal suits is another one! Lets hope Les & Stephen have made an amicable resolution and are moving forward agreeably!
