You had me until Pinot gris. Way too thin, unless you’re having salads for dessert, which I suspect is not the case.
Gewurtztraminer is definitely more fun to say (or garble) the Riesling.
I suggest port or a bold Cabernet, Shiraz or Tempranillo with your S’mores fondue.
