The reason Les resigned was he was not going to be on the new BOD and it was a chance to look noble.
Like I said you haven't heard from Steve so your jumping the gun and speculating it will put QMC in a worse position is foolish. It's way too soon to speculate if you haven't heard both sides.
You could speculate the situation will be resolved and then we'll hear about it, or not, and I will agree with you.
