Well, I fully agree with you on the assessment that the additional $2 million from China is very good news.
But we should not forget, that even if we here on this message board are interested enough in GNBT that we check Edgar regularly for official filings, such as 8ks, but that is not common for all market participants. In order to make such important news common knowledge, it requires at least a PR, which still seems to be out of question due to the quiet period which limits them drastically in what they are able to announce via PR.
To me that is the reason why this market reaction is not as positive as we would all hope to be, and I also think would be appropriate.
